Each individual Interface Module is subjected to a final test. It operates perfectly
when used according to the specifications (see Technical Specifications).
However, if there is a cause for complaint, please contact

. Safety instructions
The Interface Module CSI-B-2 presents no safety concerns when installed and operated in
accordance with this user manual. However, in order to avoid any risk to the operator or
any damage due to incorrect handling of the unit, please adhere strictly to the following
safety instructions:
Before commissioning, check the unit for signs of damage.
Before commissioning, please read the operating instructions. Ensure that the unit
is suitable for your application.
The Interface Module CSI-B-2 must not be put into service if any known defects,
either electrical or mechanical, are apparent.
The unit must be installed exactly according to the instructions.
Read the information on the type code label.
Only those signals given in the technical specifications (pin connections) or on
the unit label may be supplied to the terminals, and only approved sensors and
accessory components from HYDAC ELECTRONIC GMBH may be connected,
whichever is applicable.
All relevant and generally recognised safety requirements must be adhered to.
If the unit is not handled correctly, or if the operating instructions and specifications
are not adhered to, damage to property or personal injury can result.
In the event of faults or if anything is unclear, please contact your nearest
HYDAC representative. Tampering with the unit can have severe consequences
for personal and system safety. Such interference is not permitted and will
invalidate all liability and warranty claims.
Fault investigation and repairs must only be carried out by HYDAC SERVICE
GMBH.
