ROAD TRIP REGULATIONS
Pursuant to the provisions of Directive 2002/24/EC, YOU-GO LOS ANGELES does not
require type-approval for circulation as a motor vehicle, given that its maximum
speed, solely with electric traction, cannot exceed 25 Km/h and its motor is no more
powerful than 250W.
Every road user however is obliged to follow the traffic regulations in force in their
own country.
So make sure that you do not need permissions from the authorities, nor a driving
license to ride an e-bike.
In many countries it is possible to circulate on roads and puclic streets only with the
adittion of the equipment prescribed by law, such as systems for luminous signalling,
clothing with reflective bands and a protective helmet.
