• der Typ • Modell • Seriennummer oder individuelle Nummer • Nächste Überprüfung • Anmerkungen • Probleme • Name und Unterschrift oder Kurzzeichen des Prüfers sind in das Prüfblatt einzutragen (letzte Seite!). Es dürfen keine Etiketten oder Markierungen vom Produkt entfernt werden, um die Rückverfolgbarkeit des Produkts immer sicherzustellen. 2.2 Pflege, Lagerung und Transport der PSA Eine Reinigung mit einer weichen Bürste (trocken oder feucht) ist Ideal. Gurtbänder und Seile können aber auch mit lauwarmen Wasser (max. 40° C) und milder Seifenlauge mit der Hand gereinigt werden. Anschließend mit klarem Wasser abspülen und an einem luftigen, trockenen und schattigen Ort trocknen lassen (niemals in Wäsche- trockner oder über einer Hitzequelle trocknen). Die PSA ist trocken sowie vor mechanischen Beschädigungen, chemischen Einflüs- sen (z.B. durch Chemikalien, Ölen, Lösungsmittel und anderen aggressiven Stoffen) sowie vor Wärmequellen (bei Raumtemperatur/ kein direktes Sonnenlicht) geschützt in einem Beutel oder Behälter aufzubewahren sowie zu transportieren. 2.3 Instandsetzungen Allfällige Reparaturen, Veränderungen oder Ergänzungen an der PSA dürfen grundsätzlich nur vom Hersteller durchgeführt werden. 2.4 Schulungen (unterweisung) Gerne informieren wir Sie über Schulungen zur UNTERWEISUNG bzw. zur SACHKUNDIGEN PERSON. Verwendungsdauer Die Gebrauchsdauer dieses Sicherheitsproduktes ist im Wesentlichen abhängig von der Art und Häufigkeit der Anwendung sowie von Einsatzbedingungen, Sorgfalt bei Pflege, Lagerung und kann daher nicht allgemeingültig definiert werden. Aus Chemiefasern (z.B.: Polyamid, Polyester, Aramid,) hergestellte Produkte unterliegen auch ohne Benutzung einer gewissen Alterung, die insbeson- dere von der Stärke der ultravioletten Strahlung sowie von klimatischen Umwelteinflüssen abhängig ist. Den Triple-Lock-Karabiner des Schultergurtes öffnen und den Schultergurt aushängen • In den Hüftgurt von oben einsteigen (ein gelockerter Bauch- sowie gelockerte oder geöffnete Beingurte erleichtern das Anlegen!) und die Verstellschnallen sofort leicht spannen (bzw. This lanyard has been manufactured and controlled with a great deal of care and under very rigorous quality criteria. So the requirements for safe use have been observed. Please keep these instructions for use with the product, so you will be able to refer to them in case of problems and fi ll in the TEST SHEET on the last page carefully. In case of necessary repairs or complaints it is absolutely essential to send us this test sheet togehter with the product. The lanyard helps towards the safety of people in areas at risk from falling from a height. It may be used only by people who have the phyical and mental capabilities as well as the necessary knowledge (INSTRUCTION according to item 2.4) for safe use. In order to allow the fastest possible rescue of casualties after a fall from a height or any other accident, it is necessary to have an emergency plan, which considers the rescue measures for all possible cases of emergency during work. • Adjusting the harness to the body: Tighten the individual belts by pulling on the belt ends – release by simply lifting the buckles. • Insert the lose belt ends into the provided belt loops. attentIon: When using both loops in the chest area as arresting point and a karabiner for connecting these arresting points, this can lead to radial load on the karabiner via its locking. • des dégâts des boucleries en plastique ou métal On ne peut être laisser de côté cette inspection au cas oú il s´agisse d´un élément de l´équipement d´ emergence avec ce produit et qu´il a été contrôlé par une personne experte et emballé dans un récipint fermé. Tenez compte de l´étiquette pour la prochaine inspection périodique et la période maximale d´utilisation (selon pt. 3). 2.1 Inspection périodique L’EPI doit être soumis à un examen visuel au moins une fois par an (la fréquence de cette inspection dépend du mode et de l’intensité de l’utilisation) par une PERSONNE QUALIFIEE (selon pt. 2.4). Cet examen visuel doit comprendre la détection d’endommagements et d’usure. • Le résultat de cet examen visuel • le type • le modèle • le numéro de série ou le numéro individuel • la prochaine inspection • les remarques • les problèmes • le nom et la signature ou le sigle de l’examinateur doivent être inscrits dans la feuille d’essai (dernière page !). Il est interdit d’enlever des étiquettes ou marques du produit afin de garantir la traçabilité du produit. 2.2 Maintien, stockage et transport de l’ePI Le nettoyage avec une brosse douce (sèche ou humide) est idéal. On peut également nettoyer les sangles et cordes à la main dans de l’eau tiède (max. 40° C) et une lessive douce. Ensuite rincer avec l’eau claire et laisser sécher dans une place bien aérée, sèche et ombreuse (jamais dans un sèche-linge ou au-dessus d’une source de chaleur).
