Attention: Depending on the consistency (viscosity) of the probe-ma-
terial please fix the metal sensor-part directly under its fixation in the
housing between your thumb and finger in order to avoid a loosening
of the sensor tip. The instrument is dust- and splash-proof.
Note: When turning the thermometer on ,the LCD will display "-
0.0°C" or "32.0 °F" for 2 seconds. Then it will display the current
temperature. If errors occur, replace the battery (1.5V).
