Symptom
"No Signal" appears on the screen.
"Check Antenna" appears on the screen.
"Check Tuner" appears on the screen.
"Chan Unavailable" appears on the screen
for about 2 seconds, then returns to the
previous channel.
"Ch Unsubscribed" appears on the screen.
"Subscription Updated – Press Enter to
Continue" appears on the screen.
"Channel Locked" appears on the screen.
"Incorrect Lock Code" appears on the screen. The selected channel is a mature or parental lock channel,
Remedy/Cause
Make sure the SiriusXM radio antenna is mounted outside
the vehicle. Move vehicle to an area with a clear view of
the sky.
• Check the SiriusXM radio antenna connection, and make
sure the antenna is firmly attached to the tuner.
• Check whether the SiriusXM radio antenna cable is bent
or broken. If it is damaged, replace the whole antenna
unit.
Make sure the SiriusXM tuner is connected to the unit.
Selected channel is no longer available or is unauthorized.
Select another channel or continue listening to the
previous channel.
Selected channel is not part of your current subscription
plan. Call 1-866-635-2349 to subscribe.
Your subscription is updated. Press the appropriate button
to continue.
The selected channel has been locked by the parental
controls. Enter unlock code after you are asked. (☞ page 38)
and locked by parental lock or user lock code. Enter the
correct lock code.
