1. Selecting a Location for Installation

The R-Converter unit can be installed only indoors (in a ceiling or on a wall).
Install the R-Converter unit in a location that facilitates service and maintenance, and where the required maintenance hole or service space can be
obtained.
Do not install the unit near bedrooms. The sound of refrigerant flowing through the piping can sometime be audible.
If the R-Converter unit is installed indoors, be sure to locate it where noise during operation will not be a problem.
Determine the route of the refrigerant piping and electrical wiring before installation.
Install the unit in a location that the length of the refrigerant piping is within the specified limits.
Install the unit in a location that it is out of the reach of children.
Do not install the unit in a location that is hot or humid for long periods of time.
Install the unit in a location that is not constantly occupied during maintenance (avoid installing it in the center of a room).
Do not install the R-Converter unit above objects that can be damaged by condensation.
Install the unit in a location that can support its weight (approximately 3 kg).
Warning:
Make sure that the unit is installed securely in a location that can support it weight.
If the installation is of sufficient strength the unit can fall, resulting in injury.
