General description

This capacitive Sensor KXC-... from the Extreme-Range Series of RECHNER Sensors is based on the
three-electrode measuring principle. With this measuring principle, one electrode is removed to the outside.
The protective conductor-potential PE – this means the machine and system potential – is integrated as
a measurement electrode. As a result, it is possible to achieve larger sensing distances.
