6.. Power On/Off
Press [PWR-VOL] knob to switch the power on.
Press [PWR-VOL] again to switch the power off.
6.4. Volume Up/Down
Turn [VOLUME] clockwise to increase the volume.
Turn [VOLUME] counter clockwise to decrease the volume.
6.5. Selecting USB Mode
Press [DISC] on the head unit to select USB mode.
Each time [DISC] is pressed, the modes change as follows:
Internal CD " external CDCH (= USB) " internal CD.
ó Note: As the USB mass storage device is connected through the external CD changer
integration kit, the radio will indicate the external CD Changer mode.
6.6. Equalizing within USB Mode
Bass/Treble/Fader/Balance can be adjusted specifically for USB mode. When you switch from USB
to radio or CD mode, the audio settings will be changed to the setting of each mode specifically.
The audio settings for each mode will be stored in the memory of the head unit and will be applied
automatically when a certain mode is selected.
Display radio with touch screen
Press the [AUDIO CONTROL] key to select the Audio control screen.
Radio
Press the [Tune] knob to select the desired item. Each time Tune Dial is pressed the selectable items
change as follows:
BAS (Bass) " TRE (Treble) " FAD (Fader) " BAL (Balance)
Pressing Tune Dial again releases Audio Control. By rotating the [Tune] knob to the left/right the
selected item can be adjusted.
ó Note: Also the EQ settings on the USB mass storage device may affect the sound. To adjust
the iPod EQ settings, please refer to its User manual.
