    DEsCRIZIONE TECNICA Le cucine a legna DAL ZOTTO si addicono a cucinare sulla piastra e al forno e a riscaldare spazi abitativi per alcuni periodi, o a sostenere un riscaldamento centralizzato insufficiente. Esse sono ideali per appartamenti di vacanza e case del fine settimana oppure come riscaldamento ausiliario durante tutto l’anno.

    A - REgIsTRO-FUMI (Figura (Conversione dalla funzione di cucina a quella di cucina-cottura al forno e riscaldamento).   • Page 10: Collegamento Alla Canna Fumaria Di Un Caminetto O Focolare Aperto

    Il diametro interno del tubo di collegamento deve corrispondere al diametro esterno del tronchetto di scarico fumi dell’apparecchio (DIN 1298). ATTENZIONE: per quanto riguarda la realizzazione del collegamento alla canna fumaria e i materiali infiammabili attenersi a quanto previsto dalla Norma UNI10683. La canna fumaria deve essere adeguatamente distanziata da materiali infiammabili o combustibili mediante un opportuno isolamento o un’intercapedine d’aria.

    COMBUsTIBILI AMMEssI / NON AMMEssI I combustibili ammessi sono ceppi di legna. Si devono utilizzare esclusivamente ceppi di legna secca (contenuto d’acqua max. 20%). Si dovrebbero caricare al massimo 2 o 3 ceppi di legna. I pezzi di legna dovrebbero avere una lunghezza di ca. 20-30 cm ed una circonferenza di massimo 30-35 cm.

    LE MAIOLICHE (DOVE PREsENTE) Le maioliche Dal Zotto sono prodotti di alta fattura artigianale e come tali possono presentare micro-puntinature, cavillature ed imperfezioni cromatiche. Queste caratteristiche ne testimoniano la pregiata natura. Smalto e maiolica, per il loro diverso coefficiente di dilatazione, producono microscrepolature (cavillatura) che ne dimostrano l’effettiva autenticità.

    TECHNICAL DEsCRIPTION The cookers of DAL ZOTTO are suitable to cook on the grill and on the oven and to heat living spaces for some periods or to support an insufficient centralized heating system. They are ideal for holiday apartments and weekend houses or as an auxiliary heating system during the whole year.

    A – sMOkEs control (Picture (Conversion of the cooker function to the cooker, bake oven and heating function). The smokes control can be found on the top right plate of the cooker, between the lid and the exhaust pipe. This control has two settings: HOB COOKING : when the bar is pushed to the back of the cooker, the combustion gases flow above the oven directly towards the exhaust stub.

    Connection must be carried out with stable and robust pipes,comply with all current Standards and Regulations and to those envisioned by the law, and be hermetically secured to the flue. The internal diameter of the connection pipe must correspond to the external diameter of the appliance flue gas exhaust stub pipe (DIN 1298).

    ALLOWED / NOT ALLOWED FUELs Allowed fuels are logs. Use exclusively dry logs (max. content of water 20%). Maximum 3 logs should be loaded. The pieces of wood should have a length of ca. 20-30 cm and a maximum circumference of 30-35 cm. Compressed not worked-out wood briquettes must be used carefully to avoid overheating that may damage the device, since these have a very high calorific value.

    5. During the first starts, no object should be leaned on the appliance and in detail on enameled surfaces. Enameled surfaces must not be touched during heating. 6. Once the «break-in» has been completed, it is possible to use the product as the motor of a car, avoiding abrupt heating with excessive loads.

    ROUTINE MAINTENANCE PERFORMED BY QUALIFIED TECHNICIANs Routine maintenance must be performed at least once a year. Using wood as solid fuel, the generator requires annual routine maintenance, which must be performed by a qualified technician, using only original spare parts. Failure to comply can jeopardise the safety of the appliance and make the warranty null and void.

    • Um die Reinigung und die Wartung des Produktes und des Rauchabzugs zu ermöglichen, muss die Installation geeignet sein. DAL ZOTTO haftet nicht für Produkte, die ohne genehmigung geändert wurden, und ebenso wenig, wenn keine Originalersatzteile verwendet wurden. Ihr gewohnter Bezirksschornsteinfeger ist von der Installation des Heizungsherds zu unterrichten, damit er seinen ordnungsgemäßen Anschluss an den Rauchabzug und dessen Leistungsvermögen überprüfen kann.

  • Page 40: Anschluss An Den Rauchabzug Eines Offenen Kamins

    des Rauchabzugsstutzens des Heizungsprodukt entsprechen. Dies gewährleisten Rohre nach DIN 1298. ACHTUNg: im Hinblick auf den Anschluss an den Schornstein und brennbare Materialien muss man die Bestimmungen der Regel UNI10683 einhalten. Der Schornsteinrohr muss von entzündlichen und wärmeempfindlichen Materialen durch eine passende Isolierung oder ein Luftzwischenraum entfernt sein.

    ZULässIgE / UNZULässIgE BRENNsTOFFE Der zulässige Brennstoff ist Scheitholz. Es sind ausschließlich Klötze von trockenem Holz anzuwenden (Wassergehalt max. 20%). Man sollte maximal 2 oder 3 Scheitholz laden. Die Holzstücke sollten eine Länge von etwa 20-30 cm und einen Kreis von maximal 30-35 cm haben. Das nichtgeharzte gepresste scheitholz muss vorsichtig gebraucht werden, um für die Ausrüstung schädlichen überheizungen zu vermeiden, da sie einen hohen Heizwert haben.

  • Page 42: Emissionsarmes Anfeuern

    Brennkammer einfüllen und die Verbrennungsluftschieber kleiner als in der Bedienungsanleitung angegeben einstellen. Den Ofen mindestens 6-10 Stunden ununterbrochen in Funktion lassen. Diesen Vorgang sollten Sie, je nach der Ihnen zur Verfügung stehenden Zeit, mindestens 4-5 mal oder auch häufiger wiederholen. Danach sollten sie langsam immer mehr Brennstoff in den Ofen einfüllen (wobei jedoch niemals die in der Betriebsanleitung angegebene Höchstfüllmenge überschritten werden darf).

    Dieser Vorgang sollte von einem Schornsteinfeger ausgeführt werden, der gleichzeitig eine Durchsicht ausführen kann. kACHELN (WENN ANWEsEND) Die Dal Zotto Kacheln werden in hochstehender handwerklicher Arbeit gefertigt. Dadurch können sie Mikroporenbildung, Haarrisse und Farbunterschiede aufweisen. Gerade diese Eigenschaften sind ein Beweis dafür, dass sie aus wertvoller handwerklicher Fertigung stammen.

    REINIgUNg DEs FEUERROsTEs WICHTIg: Nach einer eventuellen Demontierung des Rostes bitte stellen Sie ihn wieder in der korrekten Stellung, d.h. soll die ebene Flache mit den kleinen Spalten oben stehen. Falls der Rost umgekehrt eingestellt wird, könnte es schwierig sein, die Asche zu entfernen (Abbildung HERDPLATTE UND RINgE AUs gUssEIsEN WICHTIg: Lassen sie keine Töpfe oder Pfannen auf dem kalten Rahmen.

    ORDENTLICHE WARTUNg, DIE VON ZUgELAssENEN TECHNIkERN AUsgEFüHRT WIRD Die ordentliche Wartung muss mindestens einmal im Jahr ausgeführt werden. Der Generator benötigt durch die Verwendung von Holz als Brennstoff einen jährlichen Wartungseingriff, der von einem zugelassenen Techniker unter ausschließlicher Verwendung von Original-Ersatzteilen ausgeführt werden muss. Die Nichtbeachtung kann die Sicherheit des Geräts beeinträchtigen und das Recht auf Garantie verfallen lassen.

On devrait charger au maximum 2 ou 3 souches de bois. Les pièces de bois devraient avoir une longueur d’environ 20-30 cm et une circonférence de maximum 30-35 cm.

    DEsCRIPCIÓN TéCNICA Las cocinas a leña de DAL ZOTTO se prestan para cocinar a la plancha y al horno, además de calentar espacios para habitar durante cierto período, o para completar una calefacción centralizada insuficiente.
