3.2. PREPARING FOR USE
APPLIANCE LOCATION
The device should be used in a safe place, dry and clean,
with adequate lighting, active ventilation, no fire source
or ignition. The temperature of environment must not be
higher than 60°C. Position the device such that you always
have access to the power plug. The power cord connected to
the appliance must be properly grounded and correspond to
the technical details on the product label.
ASSEMBLING THE APPLIANCE / ASSEMBLING THE DEVICE
1.
Connect the moisture separator [9] to the spray gun
[2].
2.
Unscrew the powder coating container [4] and place
it on a clean piece of paper with the open side up.
3.
Fill it with powder coating (not included) up to 5cm.
4.
Turn the gun upside down and screw in the powder

cup.
5.
Mount the adapter [10] to the moisture separator [9].
Spray gun tube
6.
Connect the ¼-inch air hose (not included) to the
Spray gun
adapter [10].
7.
Screw the selected spray terminal [21, 22 or 24] into
Air outlet tube
the guide pole.
8.
Attach the grounding clamp [15] to the coated metal
object.
CAUTION: The grounding clamp should be attached
Air inlet tube
to the area that will not be coated (or at the end of
work unhook the clamp and coat the fragment using
Trigger
gravity). This connection is absolutely necessary to
attract electrically charged particles to the coated
object.
3.3. DEVICE USE
The cleaned and prepared for painting device should be
placed near ventilation and grounded. If the object has
Adapter
grooves or recesses, it should be positioned so that the
Control device
powder coating can fill it by gravity. After filling the container
with powder coating and installing the device, you can start
Power light
painting. Before painting, it is recommended to carry out
a test on a piece of scrap metal.
Activation light
CAUTION: If the pattern is too small or too large, adjust
Power switch
the screw [7]. To enlarge the pattern, loosen the screw, to
reduce the pattern, tighten the screw. If this adjustment is
insufficient, the diffusion attachment should be changed. It
is recommended to start work on a fully tightened screw and
Foot switch
gradually unscrew it until the desired pattern is obtained.
Fuse
1.
Set the power switch [14] to the ON (I) position.
2.
Turn on the compressor and set the air pressure
regulator to between 0.7 and 2.1 bar. Small pressure
Power cord
changes can be made using the pressure reducing
valve [8] during operation.
Accessories
3.
In the MSW-PCS-200 model, before starting
operation, use the knob [28] to set the output
voltage as well.
4.
To start spraying, simultaneously press the trigger of
the spray gun [6] and foot switch [16].
Emitter
CAUTION: When coating, keep the gun approximately
20 cm from the object to be coated. The gun should
be pointed at different angles to ensure complete
coverage. When finished, the object should be
