Setting Up the Pallet Truck Scale

Unpacking and Assembly

Handle Instalation
The handle has been disconnected prior to shipping and
will need to be reconnected first. The following steps should
be followed in sequence:
1. Loosen and remove the three screws and the three
spring washers from the base (see figure
2. Place the handle on the base. Take caution when feed-
ing the towing rope through the center of the base and
the foreseen hole in the axle (see figure 5, 109).
3. Insert the three screws incl. spring washers into the
base and tighten it securely (see figure
4. Raise the crank link and put the pin of the towing rope
into the groove of the crank link (see figure
and figure 5, 139H)
5. Open the terminal box, insert the battery and harness
the terminal wires onto the battery. Make sure the red
wire is harnessed to the positive pole and the black
wire is harnessed to the negative pole (see below
figure )
