CARE & CLEANING
Always unplug the appliance and let
cool completely before cleaning.
• Pans: clean with a non-abrasive
sponge using hot water and liquid
detergent. Rinse. Do not scrub the
pans with metal pads or brushes or
abrasive products to avoid scrat-
ching the non-stick coating.
Note: the pans may be left to soak or
placed in a dishwasher.
• Glass trays: clean with a non-ab-
rasive sponge using hot water and
liquid detergent. The trays may be
left to soak or placed in a dish-
washer.
• Resistor unit: clean with a damp
sponge (with appliance unplugged
and unit cool).
• Supports for glass trays: clean
using only a soft, damp, non-abra-
sive sponge. Wipe with a dry cloth.

Take care not to allow electrical parts
to come into contact with water. Never
submerse the appliance in water.

Our products are covered by a guaran-
tee of 2 years from date of purchase.
This guarantee which covers all ma-
terial and manufacturing defects. No
guarantee claims will be accepted for
broken accessories, defects resulting
from inappropriate use, excessive wear
due to intensive use, wrong use due to
the non-observance of the instruction
manual, or failure to descale where
appropriate or otherwise clean/main-
tain your item in line with the instruc-
tions and good practice. No guarantee
claims will be accepted if the appli-
ance has been modifi ed or if some
attempts have been made to repair
the appliance. In such case, the vendor
cannot be held responsible in case of
accidents.
In the event of claim, in the fi rst in-
stance, please contact your vendor and
return him your complete appliance in
its original packaging together with the
receipt/guarantee card. The guaran-
tee will only be valid if the date of
purchase and signature of the vendor is
clearly indicated on the guarantee card
or if a copy of the receipt is sent with
the appliance that needs repair.
Or send the appliance well packed and
freight prepaid to our customer service
with a short description of the default
in capital letters with the mention „Re-
pair under guarantee" together with
the guarantee card or receipt.
In case of a defective accessory,
the complete appliance will not be
exchanged, but only the accessory will
be sent free of charge. In such case,
do not return the complete appliance
but only order the accessory! In case
of glass damages, glass spare parts will
be charged.
Pieces undergoing wear and tear (e.g.
Motor brushes, dough hooks, driving
belts, spare remote controls, spare
toothbrushes, lighting, etc.) as well
as cleaning and maintenance or the
exchange of worn out pieces are not
covered by the guarantee and will thus
be charged!
