Prior to first use
Remove all parts of the packaging and clean the product according to the cleaning instructions.
Instructions
1. Place the Hasselback Tool on a level work surface.
2. Place the potato, vegetable or sausage on the Hasselback Potato Tool, hold tight with
one hand and cut through the blades (figure 1). Required thickness varies by recipe.
Notes:
•
The Hasselback Tool is designed not to cut the potato, vegetable or sausage all the way
through (image 2).
•
The Hasselback Tool works for firm ingredients with a maximum diameter of 2⅓.
Cleaning
Do not use scouring agents or steel wool to clean the Hasselback Potato Tool. All parts of the
Hasselback Potato Tool are dishwasher safe. If you choose to hand wash the product, do so in a
mild soap solution with warm water.
