When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should be followed:
1. Read all instructions carefully.
2. Make sure the power supply corresponds to one on the rating label.
3. To avoid electrical shock, do not immerse electrical parts in water or other liquid.
4. Do not allow children to operate or play with the appliance.
5. Unplug from outlet when not in use, or before putting on/taking off parts.
6. Do not use with damaged electrical cord or plug.
7. If damaged or malfunction occurs, refer to an authorized service center only.
8. Do not place on or near hot surfaces.
9. Never pull the appliance by the power cord.
10. Do not use the appliance for other than intended household use.
Read these Instructions
1. Before first use, remove all packing materials/stickers then wash the accessories & inner pan in warm water. Dry well
before use.
2. Be sure handles are properly assembled to Fryer Basket and locked in place.
3. Don't use the appliance when the oil is below the minimum level.
4. NEVER HEAT IT UP EMPTY! In this case the temperature of Heating Element would rapidly rise to about 300°C within
several seconds. Thus the thermal-cut off inside the Electric Unit will automatically work to cut off power. In this case,
disconnect the power supply and let the appliance cool down completely, then take out the Electric Unit and press the "
RESET" key once.
5. Extreme caution must be used when moving an appliance containing hot oil or other liquids.
6. To ensure safe operation, oversized foods must not be put into the fryer.
7. The use of attachments or accessories which are not supplied with the appliance is not recommended. This could
result in electrical shock, injury or permanent damage to the appliance.
Operation
1. Deep Fryer Basket and inner pan should be washed before first use. Take the Fryer Basket inside Pot and lift the
Electric Unit out vertically.
2. Replace the Removable Pot and Electric Unit successively.
3. Pour fresh oil into the Removable Pot between Max and Min level as indicated. Then set Thermostat and Timer Knob
to required value.
4. Connect the appliance to power supply and the Power Light will turn to red. The unit will start working.
5. After about ten minutes, the oil has reached the set temperature. Then place the loaded Fryer Basket into the
Removable Pot.
6. Always keep the Cover closed during frying!
7. Once the food is done, Open the Cover and lift up the Fryer Basket, hook it on the Pot to drain out the oil. If draining is
done, slightly lift the Fryer Basket and take out the fried food.
Warning:
This appliance is equipped with a grounded, Type G, 3-pin power supply cord. This is a safety feature. Do not attempt to
defeat the safety purpose of this plug.

Cleaning and Maintenance

1. Make sure the oil is cooled off thoroughly (1 to 2 hours) and the Deep Fryer is Unplugged before cleaning.
2. Either discard the used oil or filter it for future use.
