Repairs to other parts of the machine must be carried out
by the manufacturer or one of his customer service
points.
Use only original spare parts, accessories and special
accessory parts. Accidents can arise for the user through
the use of other spare parts. The manufacturer is not
liable for any damage or injury resulting from such action.

Assembly
Assemble saw table
1.
On the underside of the saw table (6), unscrew the
two star knob nuts (A) and the nut (B) and pull off the
stopper guidance profile (7).
2. Unscrew the wing nut (E).
3.
Guide the saw table (6) above the saw band and
place it on the saw table guide (C) so that the grub screw
(D) fits in the support of the saw table guide.
4.
Secure the saw table by screwing the wing nut (E) on
the grub screw (D).
5.
Insert the table insert (10).
6.
Slide the stopper guidance profile (7) under the saw
table and tighten the star knob nuts (A) and the nut (B).

Adjust saw table
Angle the saw table rectangularly
1.
Place the saw band coping completely upwards (see
„Adjustment of the saw band coping" p. 19)
2. Check saw band tension (see „Saw band tension" p. 19)
3. Loosen the wing nut (E).
4. Angle the saw table with the help of an angle rectangular to
the saw band.
5.
Retighten the wing nut (E).
6. If after adjusting the rectangularity the arrow (F) does no
longer show to 0°
Release screw (G)
Turn the arrow to the right or left (0°- Adjust position)
Refasten screw (G)
7. If the rubber stopper (J) of the saw table (6) does not rest
on the base:
Unscrew the lock nut (I).
Adjust the rubber stopper (J) until it rests on the base.
Retighten the lock nut.
Angle the saw table laterally.
1. Open the lower case door (4).
2. Release the four fixation nuts (H).
3. Angle saw table (6) in a way that the saw band is located in
the centre of the table insert.
4. Refasten attachment nuts (H).
Close the door.
Push stick
Hang the push stick (23) on the push stick holder (24).
Preparing for startup
To obtain a perfect working of the machine follow the
following advices:
Place the saw in a place that fulfils the following conditions:
− secured against slipping
− free of vibrations
− even
− free of tripping hazards
− adequate light
For a safe standing position the saw must be tightened
on a stable ground (i.e. work bench or underframe) on
optimal working height:
Provide ground with 4 bore holes
Before each use, check
− Connection cables for defects (cracks, cuts, etc.)
Do not use any defective cables.
