4 sticks of celery

Clean all ingredients thoroughly and, if desired, peel the beetroot
and apples. Put all the ingredients in the juicer. Before consuming,
stir the juice thoroughly and put in a glass.
Choose the type of apple according to your taste.
Peal the pineapple and cut in half, clean the pear and peaches thor­
oughly, cut peaches in half and take out stone. Put all the ingredi­
