SOLUTION
Put the bracelet on correctly and try again
Reread "Instructions" and retry
Try again when you have calmed down. Do not speak or
move during test.
The appliance is not suitable for people suffering from
serious heart arrhythmia
Charge up appliance with USB cable
Activate bluetooth on your mobile/tablet
Check your mobile or tablet has Bluetooth 4.0
