10. Cut a groove on the bottom of the doors
for the U-profile (not supplied) measuring
15x15 mm along the whole length of the doors
and mount the guiding system. Screw type 3 x 20
(not supplied).
11. Mounting the support system to the
ceiling:
Attach the support systems every 300 mm to the
ceiling (screws and plugs not supplied). You can
use an additional screw at 150 mm. Minimum
screw diameter is 5 mm. Make sure that the
support systems are mounted horizontally by
using setting blocks (not supplied).
The support systems must be 17 mm apart from
each other for doors of 40 mm thick.
10. Fräsen Sie im unteren Teil der Tür eine
Rille
für das U-Profil (nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten)
von 15 x 15 mm über die gesamte Länge der
Türen und montieren Sie das Führungsprofil.
Schraubentyp 3 x 20 (nicht im Lieferumfang
enthalten).
11. Montage der Trägerprofils an der Decke:
Befestigen Sie die Trägerprofile alle 300 mm
an der Decke (Schrauben und Dübel nicht im
Lieferumfang enthalten). Alle 150 mm kann
eine zusätzliche Schraube angebracht werden.
Mindestdurchmesser der Schrauben 5 mm.
Achten Sie darauf, dass die Trägerprofile mit
Distanzklötze (nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten)
ausgerichtet ist.
Befestigen Sie die Trägerprofile im Abstand von
17 mm für Türelemente von 40 mm Türblattstärke.
