Requirements for the place of use
For safe and trouble-free operation of the
appliance, the place of operation must sat-
isfy the following requirements:

Place the appliance on a level, heat
resistant surface that is also resistant
to splashing fat.
NOTE

When using the grill on the stand (6),
make sure it is standalone securely.
■
Do not place the appliance in a hot,
wet or very humid environment or in
the vicinity of inflammable materials.
There must be a gap of at least 15 cm
between the appliance and any walls,
furniture or other objects.
■
Select a location that does not allow
children to reach the hot surfaces of
the appliance.
■
Do not place the appliance in the vicin-
ity of ponds or swimming pools.
■
The mains socket must be easily ac-
cessible and allow fast disconnection
in the event of an emergency.
■
Do not operate the appliance directly
underneath a smoke detector and
ensure that there is sufficient ventila-
tion in order to avoid triggering a false
alarm.
