Display System (Fig. 3)
1. Symbol for aim (Fig. 3, 9). The object to be measured should be aimed with the sight device at the center.
2. Distance or speed display (Fig. 3, 14). Distance and speed are indicated with maximum three digits. If "- - -" is
shown, no distance or speed can be measured.
3. Measurement units: "M" (Meters; Fig. 3, 10a) or "Y" (Yards; Fig. 3, 11a), "M/S" (Meters per second; Fig. 3,
10b) or "KM/h" (Kilometers per hour; Fig. 3, 11b)
4. The standby function will be signalized by „TQL" (Fig. 3, 12).
5. There are 6 operating modes available:
• S tandard (no symbol): function for normal light conditions and measurement distances.
• SPEED (Fig. 3, 18): function for normal light and speed measurement up to 300 km/h.
• Flag (symbol) Scan: Flag mode to determine the distance to the golf flag. Aim at the flag using the sighting
device. By pressing the function key the rectangle flashes around your targeted flag. Once this has been
measured a small rectangle appears around the little flag in the lower left corner.
• Angle: Angle mode to measure the angle and distance to the target. Press the function key once. It will now
display the distance. By tilting the device, the display changes to the measured angle.
• Fog: In fog, measurement continues to be performed at shorter distances. Use this mode in case of fog. The
measurement is carried out as described above.
• Horizontal distance (HD angle symbol): Displays the horizontal distance to the object. Route A to B in Fig. XY. Even
if you measure the distance between points A and C, the rangefinder automatically calculates the distance
between points A and B.
