MAINTENANCE
 RESERVOIR CLEANING
Periodically inspect the fluid inside the reservoir. If cleaning is necessary, rinse the reservoir with a cleaning fluid
compatible with the circulating system and the cooling fluid.
The cooling fluid should be replaced periodically. Replacement frequency depends on the operating environment
and running time.
Before changing the cooling fluid ensure that it is a safe handing temperature.
When unit shout down is needed, be sure to completely drain out the cooling liquid from the tank. Swith off the
unit, put a cup on the ground and open the unit drain tap. Leaving the cooling fluids completely flow out into the
cup. Before to storage the unit be sure the unit drain tap is closed.
 CONDENSER CLEANING
For proposer operation, the unit needs to pull substantial amounts of air through a condenser. A build up of dust
or debris on the fins of the condenser will lead to a loss of cooling capacity.
Carefull remove the gird in front of the unit.
Periodic vaccuming of the condenser fins in necessary. The cleaning frequency depends on the operating
environment. After initial installation we recommend a monthly visual inspection of the condenser. After several
months, the cleaning frequency will be established.
Use care cleaning the condenser fins, they can be easily fold.
TROUBLESHOOTING
 UNIT NOT START
Check the power supply.
Check the switch on the front panel is in position 1.
Check the voltage of power supply.
NOTE: On units with a low flow switch and configurated to shut down with a low flow fault, several starting
attempts may be necessary.
 UNIT NOT CIRCULATE FLUID
Check the water level in revervoir. Fill, if necessary.
Check that there is no closed valve on the hydraulic circuit.
Check that the pump works well.
Check the pressure gauge adjust the relief valve as necessary.
 INADEQUATE TEMPERATURE CONTROL
Check the setpoint.
Make sur the air inlet and outlet are clear and that the ambient temperature exceeds 35°C.
Check that the condenser is not clogged.
