11 - SMALTIMENTO

La Lago Accessori srl dichiara che la progettazione, lo sviluppo e la realizzazione della
chiusura di sicurezza serie ZIPPER è stata eseguita nel rispetto delle norme relative all'uso
di sostanze pericolose favorendo, sotto il profilo ambientale e della tutela della salute del
lavoratore, l'intervento dei soggetti che partecipano all'applicazione, all'uso e allo smaltimento
dei suoi prodotti.
Al fine di ottemperare agli obblighi di informazione, la LAGO ACCESSORI srl precisa che:
Tutti gli elementi dell'imballaggio devono essere raccolti e
opportunamente smaltiti evitando così di lasciarli alla portata
di bambini o incapaci in quanto potenziali fonti di pericolo.
Lo ZIPPER è costruito con parti meccaniche in acciaio e
materiali plastici resistenti al gasolio e pertanto il prodotto
da smaltire p otrà risultare contaminato (inquinato, unto) da
idrocarburi; è fatto obbligo, per detti materiali, una raccolta
separata, affidandoli a centri di raccolta specializzati.
Il simbolo riportato in fig. 1, indica che il prodotto non può essere smaltito come rifiuto urbano
ma deve essere smaltito mediante raccolta differenziata dei materiali e componenti di cui è
costituito secondo le leggi vigenti nel paese in cui l'accessorio viene installato.

11 - DISPOSAL

Lago Accessori srl declares that design, development and accomplishment of the ZIPPER series
safety lock has been carried out in observation of the norms relevant to the use of dangerous
substances, enhancing, from the environment point of view and that of the care and protection of
the operator's health, the intervention of people taking part in the application, use and disposal
of its products.
With the aim of complying with information requirements, LAGO ACCESSORI srl specifies that:
All packaging elements must be adequately collected and disposed of, thus preventing avoiding
them from being made available to children or people unaware of their source of danger.
The ZIPPER is manufactured with mechanical parts in steel and plastic material resistant to
fuel, and therefore the product to be disposed of may result to be contaminated with (polluted,
dirty) with hydrocarbon fluids; it is mandatory, for these materials, to be collected separately,
entrusting them to dedicated recycling collection centres.
The symbol shown in fig. 1 indicates that the product may not be disposed of as ordinary waste
material, but it must be disposed of by means of separate collection of the materials and component
of which it is made, according to the laws in force in the country where the device is installed.
