- Place the fi lter in the juice and pulp divider. Make sure that the fi lter has been placed
right on the central axle. Press the fi lter fi rmly down.
- Place the lid on the juicer. Press the interlock down until you hear a click of the
safety button. If the interlock hasn't been pressed properly, the appliance doesn't
work.
- Slide the food pusher into the feed tube by aligning the grooves of the food pusher
with the small protrusion in the inside of the feed tube.
OPERATION
Button:
0: zero position
1: normal speed for most fruit and vegetables.
2: high speed for harder fruit and vegetables
- The juicer only operates when all parts are assembled properly and the interlock is
securely locked.
- When juicing larger pieces of fruit or vegetables, fi rst clean and cut them so they fi t
in the feed tube.
- Make sure that you always place a juice container, a glass or cup under the spout to
catch the juice.
- Place the fruit or vegetables in the feed tube and use the food pusher to press down
the food slightly.
Attention: don't press too hard, this will infl uence the result and damage the fi lter.
- When you fi nish juicing, always place the switch to position "0" and wait till the
fi lter has stopped rotating.
TIPS
- Use fresh vegetables and fruit, they contain more juice.
- Peel vegetables or fruit with a thick skin. A tin skin of fruit or vegetables on the other
hand, doesn't have to be removed. We also advise to remove stones and piths to avoid
a bitter taste of the juice.
- When preparing apple juice, remember that the thickness of the apple juice depends
on the kind of apple you are using. The juicier the apple, the thinner the juice. Choose
a kind of apple that produces the type of juice you prefer. Choose a kind of apple that

- To keep your apple juice from turning brown, simply add a few drops of lemon juice.
- Fruit that contains starch such as bananas, avocados, fi gs and mangos are not suitable
for juicing.
- Leafs and leaf stalks of e.g. lettuce can also be juiced in this appliance.
- Drink the juice immediately after you have extracted it. If it is exposed too long to
the air, the juice will loose its taste and nutritional value.
- To extract the maximum amount of juice always press the pusher slowly down.
- The juicer is not suitable for juicing very hard or fi brous vegetables or fruit such as
