Tacking paper (see figures C1 and C2)
– Insert a suitable staple strip (10).
– Click the lugs of the paper tacker (12) one by one into the side slots of
the power tool.
– Place the stack of paper in the paper tacker (12) and position the tacker
head over the paper surface to be tacked.
– Firmly press the power tool down until the tacker head (1) is pushed in a
few millimetres.
– Maintain the contact pressure and briefly press the trigger (5).
– Once the staple has been completely driven in, release the trigger (5) and
lift the tacker head (1) from the stack of paper.
Note: To load the magazine (11), you have to remove the paper tacker (12)
from the power tool.
Tacking booklets (see figures D1–D3)
– Before using it for the first time, you must slot the two halves of the book-
let maker (13) together. The booklet maker can no longer be removed.
– Insert a suitable staple strip (10).
– Fold the top sheet (cover) of the stack of paper to be tacked in half, in or-
der to obtain an indication line for the staple position.
– Open the brackets (14) of the booklet maker (13) and place the paper
stack in the middle, with the cover facing upwards.
– Fold the brackets (14) down.
– Align the paper stack in such a way that the indication line is visible
through the slots of the brackets.
– First, firmly press the tacker head (1) into one of the slots and push it in a
few millimetres.
– Maintain the contact pressure and briefly press the trigger (5).
– Once the staple has been completely driven in, release the trigger (5) and
lift the tacker head (1) from the bracket.
– Repeat the steps for the second slot.
– Open the brackets (14), remove the tacked paper stack and fold it in half.
