Probe alarms "E1" and "E2" start some seconds after the fault in the related probe; they automatically stop some
seconds after the probe restarts normal operation. Check connections before replacing the probe.
Temperature alarms "AH1" and "AL1" automatically stop as soon as the thermostat temperature returns to
normal values and when defrost starts.

Cause
• values outside the
operation range
• failed / shortcircuited /
open probe
• values outside the
operation range
• failed / shortcircuited /
open probe
• Overcoming of the
High/Low pressure value,
read by the corresponding
pressure switches (it is
over the highest allowed
differential value ).
Cause
• values outside the
operation range
• failed / shortcircuited /
open probe
• values outside the
operation range
• failed / shortcircuited /
open probe
•exceeding of the preset
temperature (over the
maximum preset
differential)
•exceeding of the preset
temperature (over the
minimum preset
differential)
• door open
• the pressure minimum
/maximum value has been
overcome (beyond the
minimum fixed differential
value)
Problem resolution
• check the type of probe
(NTC)
• check the wiring of probes
• replace the probe
• check the type of probe
(NTC)
• check the wiring of probes
• replace the probe
• Check the pressure switch
efficiency.
•
Check if the condenser is clean or if the
condenser fan is correctly working.
•
check if the coldroom has
the door open, its seal,
introduction of hot product
etc.
