• Unscrew the suction tube. Be careful not to damage O-ring (24).
• Remove pin (14) to separate the lower part of the pump (fig. 6).
• Remove screws (22) and pull the air motor dolly to remove
it. The air motor parts will be accessible.
• Replace parts (18) and (15) if required.
• Clean of replace any damaged part.

• Follow the procedures described in the "Air motor"
procedure.
• Pull the air valve assembly (6).
CAUTION: The air valve can only be assembled in a one
position. Do not force the parts together, they snap neatly
into place when correctly oriented.
• Attach the shaft (13) to a rubber-covered-clamp vice.

• Desenrosque el tubo de succión con cuidado de no dañar la
junta de unión (24).
• Quite el pasador (14) para separar la parte inferior de la
bomba (fig. 6).
• Desatornille los tornillos (22) y tire de la cazoleta hacia arriba
de forma que quedarán todas las piezas del cuerpo motor de
aire al descubierto.
• Sustituya las piezas (18) y (15) si fuera necesario.
• Limpie o sustituya las piezas deterioradas.

• Dévissez le tuyau d'aspiration en faisant attention de ne pas
endommager le joint torique (24).
• Retirer la broche (14) pour séparer la partie inférieure de la
pompe (fig. 6).
• Dévissez les vis (22) et tirer la culasse jusqu'à ce que toutes
les parties du corps du moteur d'air soient séparées.
• Remplacer les pièces (18) et (15) si nécessaire.

• Das Saugrohr abschrauben.Vorsicht!!! O-Ring (24) nicht
beschädigen.
• Stift (14) entfernen um unteren Pumpenteil auseinander zu
nehmen. (Siehe „Umkehrschalter und Luftmotor")
• Schrauben (22) entfernen und Gehäuse vorsichtig ziehen um
zu entfernen. Luftmotorteile sind jetzt zugänglich.
• Teile 18 und 15 ersetzen.
• Luftmotor und Teile reinigen und defekte oder abgenutzte
Teile ersetzen.
• Gemäss dieser Anleitung den Zusammenbau Schritt für
Schritt in umgekehrter Reihenfolge durchführen.
• Take out the stem bolt.
CAUTION: The threads have a non-permanent sealant that
has to be applied again when re-assembling the pump. Use
Loctite #242 or equivalent.
• Be careful not to damage the O-ring (8) in the air pass cap (7).
• Parts (9), (10), (11) and (12) are freed and ready to be
replaced and/or cleaned.
