Using the tare function (TARA)

This function enables step-wise weighing, e.g. with the
help of a basket. The process can be repeated as often
as needed until the capacity limit is reached.
1. Proceed as described in the section "Weighing"
(step 1 to 3).
2. Press the operating button as soon as the measured
weight and set unit of measurement are no longer
blinking on the display. Shortly afterwards, "0.0" is
displayed.
3. Place the item to be weighed into the basket. As
soon as the set unit of measurement is no longer
blinking, the weighing process is complete and you
can read off the result.
