i) Temperature Alarm
An upper and lower temperature limit can be set for each of the outdoor sensor channels
(1, 2, 3) and an alarm signal can be emitted when the value leaves the range.
Switch Temperature Alarm On/Off
• First select the desired outdoor sensor channel with the button „CHANNEL".
• Briefly press the button „ALERT" to activate or deactivate the temperature alarm. With
the temperature alarm switched on, the symbol „ " is displayed to the right of the
outdoor temperature.
Set Temperature Alarm
• Keep the button „ALERT" pushed for more than 2 seconds; the temperature value for
the upper temperature limit will flash and the symbol „ " will flash.
• Set the upper temperature limit with the buttons „UP" and „DOWN/DCF". Keep the
respective button pressed for quick adjustment.
Observe that the value set for the upper temperature limit must be higher than the
value for the lower temperature limit. Never swap the two values.
• Briefly push the „ALERT" button. The temperature value for the lower temperature
limit flashes, and the symbol „ " flashes as well.
• Set the lower temperature limit with the buttons „UP" and „DOWN/DCF". Keep the
respective button pressed for quick adjustment.
• Briefly push the button „ALERT" to leave setting mode.
When the upper temperature limit is exceeded or the lower temperature limit is undercut,
the weather station will emit a signal. The associated channel number of the outdoor
sensor is displayed and the symbol „ " for temperature alarm will flash.
