4.2 AIR-TEK PRO FIRST COMISSIONING:

4.2.1. WHEELS: The AIR-TEK PRO unit comes with a kit containing 4 wheels to allow easy relocation
of the unit. Before use, the wheels must be attached to the structure of the unit by means of screwing
them into the mounting locations.
IMPORTANT: IT IS MANDATORY TO ATTACH THE WHEELS TO THE UNIT BEFORE OPERATION.
Otherwise the AIR-TEK PRO is unable to return the filtered air to the room as the discharge is within the
base of the unit.
NOTE: the AIR-TEK PRO should only be operated in the vertical position with the fan at the bottom.
The wheels placement is a guideline of the proper equipment position.
4.2.2. CONNECTION CABLE The AIR-TEK PRO unit has a connection cable to plug in to the mains
electricity. If it comes separated from the set, pre-connect the universal connector to the equipment slot and
plug it in normally.

4.2.3. FILTER SUITABILITY

IMPORTANTE: Before commissioning the AIR-TEK PRO for first time, it is necessary to disassemble the
filters from the set and remove the packaging / plastic from the high efficiency HEPA 14 absolute
filter; it is delivered totally protected in order to keep the filter's characteristics and properties intact. (see
Fig.3)
ATTENTION: For any AIR-TEK PRO internal manipulation, is mandatory
the use of suitable PPE *; minimum mask and gloves. Each unit has two
stickers (one on each removable filter cover) warning of the protection
elements use before handling the unit. Once the filter protection has been
removed, it must be placed back into the corresponding slot. (see Fig. 3)
* NOTE: In case of non-use of the PPE specified here, the absolute filter will lose its certification and filtration
offered, as well as the security provided by AIR-TEK PRO to avoid coming into direct contact with viruses, bacteria,
etc.
Easy fastening system gives easy
access for filter replacement. An
allan key is required to loosen the
handle before rotation and to
tighten the handle once access is
completed.
