4. Press the test probe on the device firmly onto the tyre valve so
that no air escapes and the measurement reading appears.
5. Remove the device from the tyre valve and compare the measured
value with the target value.
The reading is shown for 10 seconds and then switches to
"0.00". The device automatically switches off after another 10
seconds.
As long as the display is switched on, the test can be repeated
at any time irrespective of the reading shown.
USING THE LED LAMP
The tyre pressure gauge is equipped with an LED lamp, which you
can use as an electric torch. Keep the power switch on the side of
the device pressed to activate the LED lamp. When you release the
power switch, the lamp goes off.
6. MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE
POSSIBLE MALFUNCTIONS
If "Lo" is shown on the display or if the display can no longer be
activated, the batteries are empty and must be replaced.
If no test reading is shown (blank display or "0.00"), repeat the
test according to these operating instructions.
If an unusually high or low value is shown, repeat the test accord-
ing to these operating instructions. Observe the tyre temperature
and the correct attachment of the test probe to the tyre valve (you
should not be able to hear any air escaping).
REPLACING THE BATTERIES
1. Push the cover of the battery compartment down on the bottom
of the device and remove it.
2. Replace the batteries (2 x CR 2032). When doing so, please pay
attention to the correct polarity and always replace both batteries.
3. Close the battery compartment.
CLEANING
Clean this device with a clean and dry cloth. In particular the nozzle
should be kept clean and dry.
