2. ELECTRICAL RESISTANCE KIT INSTALLATION PROCESS
• Remove the side cover (and the aluminized insulators) from the OKSOL.
• Unscrew the G-1 ¼" plastic plug, and insert the electrical resistance in its place.
• Tighten in such a way that there is no leakage and the sealing gasket supplied is not excessively deformed.
• Connect a power supply cable to the resistance terminals:
The SMART electrical resistance kit includes this power cable, as it incorporates a specific
terminal.
• Check that the thermostat is in position 3 (42º C ±5).
The higher the temperature set in the electrical resistance, the lower the solar yield of the system.
