4- INSTALLATION OF THE UNIT
4.1- PLANNING THE MOUNTING SITE FOR THE UNIT
1 As a general rule the unit should be installed
close to the ceiling.
2 If a hole already exists in the wall or a water
pipe or condensed water pipe has already
been installed, the base plate can be
mounted to adjust to these conditions.
4.2- FITTING THE MOUNTING PLATE
1 Place the mounting plate on the wall in the
expected installation point.
2 Level the plate horizontally on the wall; hold
the plate in place provisionally using a steel
nail or marking the necessary holes on the wall.
On the mounting plate there are several clips
that can be used to fix the mounting plate.
3 Make sure once again that the plate is level and
that the holes are marked on the wall.
4 If the unit is to be connected using the water
pipe in the rear, it will be necessary to make a
hole.
5 Take the measurements from figures 4.1 and
mark the hole.

3 Choose a mounting site that will allow air to reach
all parts of the room evenly. Airflow should not
be blocked by beams, installations or lamps.
4 Do not install the unit too close to chairs or
workstations in order to avoid unpleasant
draughts.
5 Do not locate the unit close to heat sources.
6 Place the base plate on the wall in the
expected installation point. Move the base
plate until the pipe hole lines up with the
forecast point on the mounting plate.
7 Do not forget that the plate has to be properly
levelled.
8 Ensure that the holes line up with the plate clips.
9 Check that there are no domestic electricity
lines behind the spots in which the holes are
to be drilled.
10 Drill the holes and then screw on the
mounting plate using the screws.
