Tip: When the brewing process is finished, you can pour the hot coffee into a thermos jug to keep it hot
and fresh.
Drip stop function
The drip stop function enables you to remove the jug from the coffeemaker before the brewing
process is finished. When you remove the jug, the drip stop stops the flow of coffee into the jug.
Note: The brewing process does not stop when you remove the jug. Place back the jug as soon as possible
to prevent overflowing.
Note: Make sure the jug lid is in place when you put the jug back onto the hotplate. Without the jug lid,
the drip stop function is activated automatically.

making another jug of fresh coffee right away
If you want to make another jug of fresh coffee right away, switch off the appliance and let it cool
down for three minutes. Fill the water tank with cold water again and put a new amount of ground
coffee in a new paper filter. Now you can make fresh coffee again.
Note: If you do not let the appliance cool down for three minutes before you brew coffee again,
water starts dripping into the filter holder right away.
-
Make sure you pour the first amount of fresh water against the temperature sensor in the
centre of the cover (Fig. 16).
When you do this, the outflow opening in the bottom of the water tank closes again.
