Wrap the threads on the nipple using Teflon tape.
Install the spout connecting thread.
Do not overtighten the connecting
thread, or damage may result.
Seal the wall around the connecting
thread using waterproof sealant.
Failure to seal the wall may lead to
water damage.
Install the spout.
Tighten the screw.
Install the adapters on the stops.
Connect the hot and cold supply hoses to the
adapters.
Use two wrenches, as shown in the illustration.
Do not allow the hoses to twist.
