Pipetten stopfen

1 Pipette waagrecht bis zum
Anschlag in den Stopfkonus
einführen.
❖¤ ❖¤
❖¤ ❖¤Durch leichtes Drücken wird ❖¤
der Stopfmechanismus
ausgelöst. Halten Sie diesen
leichten Druck, bis das Gerät
aufhört zu arbeiten.
2 Ziehen Sie die Pipette heraus.
3 Korrektur
der Wattepropfentiefe
Standardmässig ist die Justierung
der Stopftiefe auf 25 bis 30 mm
eingestellt.
Sollte die Tiefe des Wattepropfens
nicht Ihren Wünschen entspre-
chen, lässt sich die Distanz mit Hilfe
der Sechskantmutter der Stopf-
nadel wie folgt verstellen:

❖¤ ❖¤Netzkabel des Pipetten- ❖¤
stopfers ausziehen. (Darf nicht
unter Strom stehen)

Lösen Sie die Sechskantmutter
(Pfeil) mit einem Sechskant-
schlüssel (Größe 8).
I
Die Distanz lässt sich stufenlos
verändern.
I
Fixieren Sie die Sechskant-
mutter, wenn die richtige
Distanz eingestellt ist.
❖ ❖ ❖ ❖ ❖ Die Nadel am Stopfkonus
kann sonst beschädigt
werden.
Plugging pipettes
1 Insert the pipette horizontally
as far as it will go into the
white plugging cone.
❖ ❖ ❖ ❖ ❖ Gently push the pipette
against the plugging
mechanism and your pipette
is being plugged. Remain your
pressure against the plugger
until the instrument stops
working.
2 Pull the pipette out of the
cone.
3 Correcting
the plugging depth
The standard setting of the
plugging depth is between 25 and
30 mm.
In case that you require a different
depth of the cotton plug, you can
adjust the depth with the hexagon
nut of the stuffer pin as follows:
❖ ❖ ❖ ❖ ❖ Disconnect the pipette
plugger from the mains.

Loosen the hexagon nut
(arrow) with a wrench (size 8).

The distance can now be
adjusted continuously
variable.
I
Retighten the hexagon nut
when the correct distance is
adjusted.
❖ ❖ ❖ ❖ ❖ Otherwise, the stuffer pin
at the plugging cone may be
damaged.
Insertion de pipettes
1 Insérer la pipette
horizontalement dans le cône
d'insertion.

déclenche le mécanisme
d'insertion. Maintenir cette
pression légère jusqu'à ce que
l'appareil cesse de
fonctionner.
2 Extraire la pipette.
3 Correction de la profondeur
des bouchons d'ouate
L'ajustage standard de
profondeur des bouchons d'ouate
est entre 25 et 30 mm.
Si la profondeur du bouchon
d'ouate ne devait pas correspondre
à vos exigences, il vous est possible
de modifier cet ajustage avec
l'écrou hexagonal de l'aiguille
d'insertion en procédant de la
manière suivante:
❖ ❖ ❖ ❖ ❖ Débrancher le câble
d'alimentation du porte-
pipettes (l'appareil ne doit pas
être sous tension).

Dévisser l'écrou hexagonal
(flèche) avec une clé à six
pans (numéro 8)
I
La distance se règle en
continu.
I
Revisser l'écrou hexagonal dès
le réglage correcte de la
distance effectué.
❖ ❖ ❖ ❖ ❖ L'aiguille placée vers le
cône d'insertion risque sinon
d'être endommagée.
