period of time.

Pizza dough
500 g of flour
Recipe with fresh yeast:

Mix the flour with the

Dissolve the fresh yeast in the lukewarm water and stir

until smooth.

Mix together the flour, olive oil, salt, dried yeast and luke-
warm water.

Knead into a smooth dough. Alternatively you can use a blender or food processor.

Cover the bowl with a cloth and leave to rise for 45 minutes until it has doubled in volu-
me.

Sprinkle the dough with flour and roll it out until it is 3 mm thick. Turn the dough occasi-
onally and sprinkle with flour to prevent it from sticking.

Use the round dough form to cut out the pizza bases.

Finely chop the peeled tomatoes.
