ASIAN SALAD
BLADE: Fine spiral blade & slicing blade

INGREDIENTS:
2 cucumbers
2 carrots
4 green onions, finely chopped
1 red pepper, thinly sliced
1 cup (250 ml) red cabbage, thinly sliced
1 cup (250 ml) edamame
¼ cup (60 ml) olive oil
1 tbsp. (15 ml) sesame oil
3 tbsp. (45 ml) honey
1 tbsp. (15 ml) soy sauce
1 tbsp. (15 ml) grated fresh ginger
2 tbsp. (30 ml) sesame seeds
PREPARATION:
1.
Spiralize the cucumbers (slicing blade) and carrots (fine spiral blade) using your Heritage
Electric Spiralizer. Place into a large serving bowl with pepper, cabbage, green onions
and edamame.
2.
In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, sesame oil, honey, soy sauce, ginger, sesame
seeds.
3.
Pour the dressing over the vegetables and mix well.
