What to do in case of breakdown

Problem
No picture and/or no sound.

Solution
Check the power supply
Make sure the switch is on the ON position
Make sure the volume is not set too low (minimum 0) or in
Mute mode.
Make sure the power supply is plugged in correctly.
Check the batteries in the remote control.
Make sure the TV is not directly in the sun.
Make sure there is nothing interfering between the remote
control and the TV.
Make sure the video source is correct.
Make sure the coax cable is plugged in correctly.
