Before use, read the safety precautions and
conditions for use given in the instructions
enclosed with the foil pack (7).
Check the expiry date and observe the prod-
uct designation printed on the front of the foil
pack junction piece.
If it is found necessary to make a complaint,
please quote the lot number.

The hole must be filled with adhesive
mortar without forming air pockets. To
achieve this, insert the nozzle as far as the
base of the hole (use the extension for
deep holes) and slowly withdraw the nozzle,
step by step, after each pull of the trigger.
Details of the number of trigger pulls
required for each anchor size are printed in
the instructions enclosed with the foil pack.
Important: failure to observe these in-
structions could negatively affect the
loadbearing capacity of the fastening!

Insert the foil pack (7) into the holder (6) as
far as it will go and then screw on the mixing
nozzle (8 or 9).
The foil pack must have a temperature of
at least +5°C when in use.
7
8
Press the release lever (2) after the hole has
been filled with adhesive. This releases pres-
sure on the foil pack and no further adhesive
flows from the mixing nozzle. The piston ad-
vance rods must be pulled into the rearmost
position while pressing the release lever be-
fore the holder can be removed from the dis-
penser. To remove the holder from the dis-
penser, first press the small cylinder up-
wards through the opening (5) and then re-
move the holder completely.
3
Before inserting the holder in the dispenser,
the piston advance rods (1) must be pulled
into the rearmost position while pressing the
release lever (2). See photo 8.
Grip the holder by the small cylinder. Insert
the holder into the dispenser from above and
then swing the small cylinder down into posi-
tion
9
Partly used foil packs should be stored in the
holder with the mixing nozzle screwed on.
The adhesive mortar in the mixing nozzle will
become hard during a long pause.
The mixing nozzle must be changed be-
fore work can continue.
Note: Partly-used cartridges must be used
up within 4 weeks.

5
Pull the trigger (4). The foil pack is opened
automatically by a piercing point built into
the junction piece. The 2 components can be
seen to mix as they pass through the nozzle.
The adhesive dispensed with the first 2
trigger pulls after opening the foil pack
(initial flow) is not suitable for making
fastenings an should be discarded. Like-
wise, after changing a mixing nozzle, the ini-
tial flow should be discarded (photo 5). One
trigger pull is understood to be the move-
ment of the trigger lever as far as it will
go.
10
Empty foil packs should be disposed of in
accordance with the applicable regulations.
The holder can be reused.
The integrated pressure pistons return to
their outset position when a new foil pack is
inserted.
