• Place the baby's legs under the other strap (f) and spread it out so that it covers the baby from the neck to the legs
(Figure 16).
• Take up the part of the wrap with which you have started your wrap (horizontal strap (c)) and pull it upwards in order to cover
the baby (Figure 17).
• Pull the shoulder end towards the wrist and fold it so that the edges come together (Figure 18).
WARNING: as a baby cannot hold its head before 4 months, one of the straps of the wrap must therefore cover its head in order
to hold it.
Taking baby out of the wrap
• Remove the horizontal strap (c) (Figure 19).
• Take off the outside strap (f) and take out the baby's feet (Figures 20 et 21).
• Take off the inside strap (e) and take out the baby while holding its head properly (Figure 22).
• Use the basic wrap. Take baby and place him/her against the wearer's shoulder where the outside strap is positioned (f) (Figure
23). Sit baby in your hand and slide him/her into the inside strap (e). Take out his/her legs either side of the strap, then wrap
the inside strap (e) over both knees (that that it covers the child's bottom) (Figure 24).
• Place the outside strap (f) over the baby's shoulder and leg (the side where the outside strap is positioned (f)) (Figure 25). Bring
up the baby's knees so that they are placed up above his/her bottom (froglike position) (Figure 26).
• Take up the part of the wrap with which you have started your wrap (horizontal strap (c)) and pull it upwards in order to cover
the baby (Figures 27, 28 et 29).
• Pull the shoulder end towards the wrist and fold it so that the edges come together (Figures 30 et 31).
Taking baby out of the wrap
• Remove the horizontal strap (c) (Figure 32).
• Separate the two straps (e et f) in order to take out the baby (Figures 33, 34 et 35).
• Use the basic wrap. Position the baby, facing outwards, on the wearer's shoulder where the outside strap (f)is positioned. Insert
his/her leg, the same side as the inside strap (e) in the outside strap (e) (Figure 36).
• Position the baby on the wearer's shoulder the same side as the inside strap (e), at chest height. Take the fabric under his/her
bottom by the two ends and wrap it (Figure 37). Bring up the baby's knees above his/her bottom (froglike position) so that
he/she is seated properly (Figure 38).
• Pass the outside strap (f) over the leg the same side as this strap (f). Take the fabric by both ends and wrap it under the bottom.
Make sure that the straps cover the baby's shoulder's properly. Position the baby with his/her legs crossed (Figure 39).
Advice: never carry a baby with his/her legs crossed for more than 30 minutes.
• Take up the part of the wrap with which you have started your wrap (horizontal strap (c)) and pull it upwards in order to cover
the baby (Figure 40).
• Pull the shoulder end towards the wrist and fold it so that the edges come together (Figures 41 et 42).
Taking baby out of the wrap
• Remove the horizontal strap (c) (Figure 43).
• Remove the child delicately by taking off the straps (e et f) from his/her legs and shoulders. First take off the outside strap (f),
then the inside one (e) (Figure 44). Finally, lift up the baby under his/her arms in order to take him/her out of the wrap
completely (Figure 45).
• Take the wrap in the middle and pull it over the stomach (Figure 46). Then swing the central tying mark (d) dto the hip opposite
the shoulder for wearing (Figure 47).
• Take the end of the wrap the same side as the shoulder opposite the central tying mark (d) (Figure 48).
• Take the other end, the side of the central tying mark (d) and place it over the back behind the first end (Figures 49 et 50).
• Take the end that you have just passed over the back and bring it over the wearer's shoulder where the other end is positioned
(Figure 51). The two ends are therefore positioned at the back.
• Insert the child inside the wrap (Figure 52).
• Take the end on top and bring it under the baby's bottom (Figure 53). Hold both the baby and the end which is positioned
under his/her bottom (Figure 54). With your free hand, grab the end at the back and bring it to the front (Figure 55).
