ATTENTION: To ensure proper functioning of your watch, you should

The battery is omitted by the automatic movement. The
drivemechanism is powered by the natural motion of the
wearer´s arm. Without wearing the watch the power re-
serve will working for up to 36 hours. This may vary how-
ever on how long the watch was worn before taken off.
MANUAL LOADING
Open the crown and leave it in position (0).
You can load the watch manually by
turning the crown.
After loading the watch, screw the
crown to the locked position tightly.
8. THE TACHYMETER

The tachymeter is designed to communicate the speed
that one is travelling based on the "seconds" indicator
(hand) as well as a known distance (for example 1
Kilometer/Mile).
DETERMINING SPEED
A vehicle covers a distance of 1 mile in 40 seconds (1).
At what speed is the vehicle travelling?
Activate the chronometer (capter 5) and stop it after 1
mile. In order to determine the speed, the user can use
the tachymeterscale (2).
The speed traveld is 90 Kilometers per Hour - a
distance of 1 mile is covered 40 times within an Hour
(3.600 Seconds). Formula for determining Speed
(Rate): Speed (Rate) = Distance / Time
