• Loosen the bolt with the delivered wrench (#11) and
remove the fl ange. It is possible that the bolt is stuck.
In that case: use a pin or screwdriver between the dia-
mond cutting blade's teeth to block the axle, and loosen
the bolt.
• Check the condition of the fl ange set. The surfaces bet-
ween the fl ange and the diamond cutting blade need to
be clean and must fi t exactly.
• Mount the new diamond cutting blade. Please pay atten-
tion to the direction of rotation. The direction on the dia-
mond cutting blade has to be identical to the machine's
rotation direction.
• Mount the fl ange on the axle.
• Screw the bolt in the axle.
• Prevent the diamond cutting blade from turning by bloc-
king it with a screwdriver or pin between the teeth of the
diamond cutting blade and tighten the bolt.
Use the same procedure to change a worn diamond cut-
ting blade.
OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
duits. If necessary, use a locator for detecting conduits in
the object.
Only use diamond cutting blades.
It is strictly forbidden to use other bla-
des, like circular woods blades, becau-
se the extra necessary protection fails.
Do not use deformed, damaged or bad
diamond cutting blade.
The voltage of the wall socket must be similar to the vol-
tage indicated on the machine.
To prevent unintentional starts, the wall saw ma-
chine

For further use of the machine please check the safe-
guards for proper functioning. In case of damage to the
case or other parts, these need to be repaired or repla-
ced by a professional service department. Don't use other
equipment that cannot be fl awlessly switched ON and OFF.
While using, please hold the machine with both hands.
Starting the machine:
• Connect to the power supply.
• Press the lock-off button (#5).
• Press the main ON/OFF switch (#6).
• Release the switch (#6) to turn the machine OFF.
Adjust the cutting depth.
The depth of the cut needs to be adapted to of
the hardness of the material to be cut. Using the
machine as followed will prevent any overload.
Cutting in concrete has to be done in steps of 2,5
to 5 cm of depth; so for instance: a depth of 12 cm depth
can be reached in 2 or 3 steps. Cut brick in steps of 5 to 8
cm, depending on the hardness of the stone.

Before cutting in a wall, fl oor
or similar object: investigate
whether the object contains
any electric, water or gas con-
a
lock-off
button
(#5).
Adjust the cutting depth (see page 4, image B):
• Disconnect from the power supply.
• Loosen the depth locking leaver (#8).
• Adjust the saw depth by moving the motor along the rails.
• Lock the depth locking leaver (#8).
Use the right diamond cutting blade.
Choose a type of diamond cutting blade which is suitable
for the material to be sawn. We advice CARAT diamond
cutting blades. Please read all the instructions of the dia-
mond cutting blades.
Make sure that the diamond cutting blade is turning in the
right direction. Check the arrow on the blade guard for the
correct direction.
Prevent overload
Make sure that the rotation speed of the motor does not
drop too much. Allow the diamond cutting blade to cut.
The machine is equipped with a thermal circuit breaker
(#7) that switches the machine OFF in case of overloading.
After a short break it can be switched ON again. Please let
the machine run freely for half a minute, allowing the motor
time to cool down.
Should the thermal circuit breaker (#7) switch OFF often,
we advice you to cut less deep or to put less pressure on
the machine. The thermal circuit breaker is switched OFF
when it is in it's up-position. It then shows a while line along
the button.
If the thermal circuit breaker (#7) switches the machine off ,
the thermal circuit breaker has to be reset. Also the main
ON/OFF switch (#6) has to be switched ON again.
Prevent pooring water in the motor.
In case of horizontal cuts, the motor must be above the
diamond cutting blade (see page 5, image E).
In case of vertical cuts, the vacuum connection (#1) (#1)
needs to be at the bottom of the blade guard (see page
4, image D).
When cutting in fl oors the motor absorbs a lot of water
haze. It is advisable to fi x a fl exible hose (± Ø 100 mm,
length 2 meter) at the suction opening of the motor so
more dry air will be taken in.
PRACTICAL TIPS
• Determine where you want to have the saw cut. A lath
at 2,5 cm (± 1 inch) besides the cut, will simplify the gui-
dance of the machine.
• Hold the machine, with the edge of the bottom plate
against the wall or fl oor so that the diamond cutting blade
is still free (see page 4, image C). Before pressing the
machine into the material, switch the machine ON and let
the diamond cutting blade run freely to enable it to reach
the maximum speed. Please check if the diamond cut-
ting blade is not rotating eccentrically and is not swinging
(see page 4, fi gure D).
• Before taking the diamond cutting blade out of the saw
cut, wait until the diamond cutting blade is standing still.
It is dangerous to block or to slow down the turning dia-
mond cutting blade by pushing against the diamond cut-
ting blade.
• Do not cut curves.
• When cutting a fl oor, stay in front of the machine (see
page 5, fi gure F).
