CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

· Always unplug the appliance before cleaning it.
· Never immerse the motor unit in water. Only wipe the motor unit clean with a damp cloth.
· Caution: after processing really salty food the blades should be rinsed immediately.
· Remove the mixer/beater from the appliance. Remove the beater from the beater holder. Clean it
under running water. Don't use any abrasive or corrosive cleaners.
· Don't place the chopper and beater holder in water. These are not dishwasher safe.
· The beater without the holder is dishwasher safe.
· Be careful: the blades are very sharp.
