Installation into the AJ-HPM100/AJ-HPM110
CAUTION:
These servicing instructions are for use by qualified service personnel only. To reduce the risk of fire
or electric shock, do not perform any servicing other than as directed in the operating instructions
unless you are qualified to do so.

Unscrew the two screws from the AJ-
YBX200G to remove heat sink 1.

Unscrew the three screws and nuts from the
AJ-YBX200G to remove heat sink 2.

Remove the cooling sheets if they remain on
the AJ-YBX200G after removing heat sinks 1
and 2.

Make sure that the power of the AJ-HPM100/
AJ-HPM110 is turned off.
Unscrew the 7 screws from the AJ-HPM100/
AJ-HPM110 to remove the top panel.

Place the AJ-YBX200G into the terminal of
the AJ-HPM100/AJ-HPM110 running along
the slot of AJ-HPM100/AJ-HPM110, and
secure it using the two 3.0 mm screws.
Replace the top panel, and screw it on.
