Equipment:

Initial operation:

1. Connect the pressure hose of your high pressure cleaner with the manual valve on the large area cleaning attach-
ment.
2. Push the push socket of the suction hose of your octopus onto the suction socket of the cleaning attachment.
3. If the large area cleaning attachment is used for floor cleaning, the air duct must also be fitted into the attachment
in front of the suction socket.

The functioning, operation and maintenance corresponds to those of the standard cleaning attachment. For advice on
this, please consult the operation manual for the octopus 80 / 85.
Notes: Use the nozzle size indicated in the technical specifications that matches the pump power output of your high
pressure cleaner. When using on delicate surfaces, use the broad Teflon running castors supplied as part of the scope of
delivery. Work from top to bottom. To move the attachment, remove this first upwards, then downwards in relation to
the surface. If there is too much suction on the surface being cleaned, the bypass flap on the upper side of the cleaning
attachment facilitates selective control of the suction force.
Warranty
Warranty conditions
A warranty period of 12 months from the date of purchase/date of invoice applies to our tools for commercial custo-
mers. If we have granted an extended warranty period, this period will be noted separately in the operating manual for
the equipment in question.
Claims
If you wish to claim under our warranty or guarantee, please return the complete device and your invoice to our logistics
centre in Berka, postage paid, or send it to one of our authorised service centres.

Your rights under our warranty or guarantee
Claims for repairs relate only to materials or manufacturing defects and are subject to the intended use of the device.
Parts subject to wear such as interchangeable component point jet (article no. 65 75 61), interchangeable component
flat jet (article no. 65 75 62), brush set (article no. 65 75 63), Teflon castors (article no. 65 75 54) and castors (article
no. 65 74 04 / 05 / 06) are not part of such claims. All claims shall become void in the event of installation of third
party components, improper handling and storage, as well as clear disregard of instructions in the operation manual.
Repairs
All repairs have to be conducted on our premises or by an authorised STORCH service centre.
