IMPORTANT: Take care to avoid the
hot surfaces of the appliance com-
ing into direct contact with the skin,
in particular the eyes, ears, face and
neck.
• To select the desired temperature,
slide the switch using the symbols
shown below as a guide:

For fine or colored hair, use the low-
er heat settings. For thicker hair, use
the higher heat settings.
Note: each indicator light will blink
until the unit has reached the se-
lected temperature.
The iron will heat up very quickly. It
is not necessary to touch the plates
to judge readiness.
• Section dry hair evenly, and comb
each section. Position the iron on
hair as far up as you want hair to be
straightened, being careful not to
let the iron touch the scalp. Close
(without locking) the iron with the
hair between the two plates and
gently pull the iron down to the
end of the section of hair you are
straightening. Repeat this process
several times if necessary. Allow
hair to cool before combing.
• Turn off and unplug the appliance.
• Allow to cool before storing.

STYLING COMB/HOT BRUSH
• Close the iron, lock-in on the cool-
tip and handle ends.
• To smooth out hair, rotate back-
ward and slide down hair section.
Best for short to medium length
hair.
To style hair ends, bend or flip.
To create volume, lift at roots. To
create looser waves, wrap around
brush, hold for a few seconds, then
unwind.

• After use, push back across to (0/I)
to switch the unit off and unplug
the appliance.

• Clean the surfaces using a soft,
damp cloth without detergent.
