Instrucciones de seguridad
These devices are suitable for field wiring.
Intended for use with 75 °C wire.
Intended for use with copper conductors only.
Suitable for use in a surrounding air temperature of 45 °C, and
– additionally 60 °C when de−rating rules are followed.
Hot surface. Risk of burn.
Should this device be mounted on a motor, the combination
needs to be suitable for the type rating.
The supply terminals are to be tightened to:
– For model suffix's 371, 551, 751, 112, 152 tighten to
4.4 − 5.3 lb−in.
– For model suffix's 222, and 302, tighten to 7 lb−in.
These devices are suitable for use on a circuit capable of
delivering not more than 200 000 rms Symmetrical Amperes,
480 V maximum
– When protected by CC, R, T, or J class fuses or
– When protected by a circuit breaker having an interrupting
rating not less than 200 000 rms symmetrical amperes, 480 V
maximum.
Use fuses and circuit breakers only.
Integral solid state short circuit protection does not provide
branch circuit protection. Branch circuit protection must be
provided in accordance with the National Electrical Code and any
additional local codes.
The opening of branch circuit protective devices may be an
indication that a fault current has been interrupted. To reduce
the risk of fire or electric shock, current carrying parts and other
components, the controller should be examined and replaced if
damaged.
These devices provide overload protection rated for 125 % of the
rated FLA.
Risk of electric shock. Please allow 2 minutes for the internal
capacitors to discharge.
