Display Temperatures
The upper display shows the temperature of
the inside of the cabinet. The bottom display
shows the temperature of the inserted probe
(ip1).
Probes ip2 & ip3 are not included. If displayed,
press the
key until ip1 is displayed.
Once the cycle has finished, the appliance
will beep to indicate the food has reached the
desired temperature.
Locking the Keyboard
To lock the keyboard, press and hold both
and
keys.
To unlock the keyboard, press and hold both
and
keys again.
Resetting Date and Time
To reset the clock data, press and hold the
for 5 seconds. The date and time parameters will
be shown.
1. Press the SET key. The value will start to flash.
2. Adjust the value using both
3. Press the SET key to confirm the new value
and move onto the next value.

Manual Defrost

Ensure that no cycle is active and that the hold
mode function is not running.
To manually defrost the appliance: Press and
hold the
key for few seconds to begin the
process.
Note: The defrost will not
be done if the temperature
detected by the evaporator
probe is higher than the stop
defrost temperature parameter.

Cleaning, Care &
Maintenance
Clean the interior of the appliance as often as
possible.
Do not use abrasive cleaning agents. These
can leave harmful residues.
Clean the door seal with water only.
Always wipe dry after cleaning.
Do not allow water used in cleaning to run
through the drain hole into the evaporation
pan.
Take care when cleaning the rear of the
appliance. Sharp edges can cut.
A POLAR agent or qualified technician must
carry out repairs if required.
Stainless Steel Care
To maintain the stainless steel exterior of your Polar
item, please consider the following information:

Never:
Use abrasive Scourers or scrubbing pads, etc.
Use Chlorinated or acidic detergents
Allow anything e.g. food, dirt, cleaning
and
keys.
chemicals to remain on the surface for longer
than necessary, clean them off right away.
Allow the surface to remain wet.
Do:
Clean often.
Use soft Cloths or plastic Scourers.
Rub with the grain of the metal, rather than
across it.
Use detergents and polish designed for
cleaning Stainless Steel.
Ensure that the cleaning products are washed
off fully and that the steel is left dry.
Switch off and disconnect
from the power supply before
cleaning.
