WARNING: To reduce the risk of injury, always unplug the charger and remove the battery
pack from the charger or tool before performing any maintenance. Never disassemble the tool,
battery pack or charger.

Do not use any sharp objects for cleaning the appliance. Never allow any liquids to penetrate inside
the appliance. Otherwise the appliance could be damaged.

Clean the appliance regularly, preferably immediately after completion of the work.
Clean the housing with a dry cloth–do NOT use petrol, solvents or cleaners which can attack the
plastic.

A vacuum cleaner is required for thorough cleaning of the appliance.

Remove any sanding dust stuck to the appliance with a brush.
The blade guard must always move freely and close automatically.
Therefore, keep the area around the blade guard clean at all times.

Clean dust and debris from vents. Keep handles clean, dry and free of oil or grease. Use only mild
soap and a damp cloth to clean, since certain cleaning agents and solvents are harmful to plastics

Some of these include gasoline, turpentine, lacquer thinner, paint thinner, chlorinated cleaning

REPAIRS
For repairs, return the tool, battery pack and charger to the nearest service center.
STORAGE & DISPOSAL
Switch the circular saw off and remove the battery.
Store the circular saw and its accessories in a dark, dry, frost-free, well-ventilated place.
Always store the circular saw in a place that is inaccessible to children. The ideal storage temperature
is between 10°C and 30 °C.
We recommend using the original package for storage or covering the circular saw with a suitable
cloth or enclosure to protect it against dust.
TRANSPORTATION
Switch the circular saw off and remove the battery.
Protect the circular saw from any heavy impact or strong vibrations which may occur during
transportation in vehicles.
Secure the circular saw to prevent it from slipping or falling over.
