GENERAL TROUBLESHOOTING PROCEDURE
1. Try to find a solution for the problem with the help of the troubleshooting table and the breakdown codes.
2. If you cannot find a solution for the problem or the breakdown code keeps re-occuring, contact Inventum

TROUBLESHOOTING TABLE
Problem
The induction hob does not start.
The operation indicator on the
control panel of the induction hob
shows U.
A cooking zone switches off
automatically. The operation
indicator on the control panel of the
induction hob shows H.
The operation indicator on the
control panel of the induction hob
shows L.
The display on the control panel of
the cooker hood shows G.
Possible cause
There is no mains supply.
The child lock is activated.
The touch buttons are covered with
dirt.
There is no pan on the cooking zone. Put a pan on the cooking zone.
The pan is not suitable for an
induction appliance.
The maximum cooking time is
reached.
The touch buttons are covered.
There is an empty pan on a cooking
zone and the bottom is overheated.
The child lock is activated.
The grease filter is dirty.
Possible solution
•
Do a check if the mains plug is
correctly connected to the mains
socket.

Make sure that the mains supply
is on.
